This personality can grow by using there skill , knowledge, education etc. In an organisation , institute, shop , department etc. 

 

Advantage and disadvantage as an employee are as follows : 

 

Advantage :  

 

 i) It usually  secure, safe , satisfied.

ii) It give you extreme knowledge about particular business.

iii) Encourage for routine work.

iv) Help for growing particular business or institution.

 

Disadvantage :

 

i)  Lake in confidence for better opportunity.

ii) They can give you sufficient growth.

iii)  Sometime you feel very by doing same work.
